Dearest Murrath

As I look through the old photos of my time in Perth, it’s our time at the Heart Foundation and the fun we all had that leap out from the album. Somehow I morphed from Finny into Judith and you from Murray into Murrath, and its been that way ever since.

Who could forget the night that my conscientious work experience student Pam engineered (?) an invite to the Heart Week dinner party at my place and forged that early connection with our JRFH coordinator Mr Gomm? I have the photos to prove it… not sure why we all decided to lie on the ground for the photo shoot ( see attached) …could have done with a selfie stick!

…Or the weekend away with the Heart crew plus Onya Sonya (another Gomm nickname) down south to Nanna Poo Bah’s…to live the heart healthy dream –  accessories as shown in photo as provided by Nanna herself

Or the time in Paris for Blinny and Bretts wedding?

When I think of those days, its to the sound track of Paul Kelly ( To her door) …. And also for some reason , John Cougar singing Cherry Bomb. I think that may have been the anthem as we drove down south.

In any case Murrath, have a fantastic 60th. Keep smiling and keep up that chilled demeanour, we all love you for it, So glad to have enjoyed our friendship over the years and I look forward to many more, Judith/Finny xxx
