Forage - Ferment - Fromage
Join us at 11am on Saturday 1 April, 2017 for a small group foraging tour of our organic gardens, followed by your choice of one of the following hour-long interactive sessions conducted by local producers and artisans:
1. Fromage (Cheese)
2. Wine
3. Fermented Foods
Cost per person is $55. Add lunch (ploughman's style) for $20 (wine available for sale).
