Terms of Tractor Seat Happy planet tribe

• Members must be 18 years of age or older

• By joining you, the member, are making a commitment to purchase a minimum of one delivery each year

• Deliveries are made via Australia Post where applicable and must be signed for by a person 18 years or older. Delivery is usually made within 3-7 working days of shipment

• Happy Planet Tribe pricing is exclusive of freight cost

• Upon joining the group, members agree to receive communication from us; this may be in the form of email, post or telephone.

• Once the initial commitment is complete members may cancel in writing at any time

• Members are obliged to notify Oranje Tractor Wine of any change to delivery address. Any extra freight charges are incurred for recovery of wines sent to an old or incorrect address become the responsibility of the member

• Additional orders will receive the member discount of 20% on orders of 6 bottles or more

• The bonus Wine Flight is not redeemable for cash or goods (wine)

• Member benefits cease after 12 months since last purchase of 6 wines or more

• Oranje Tractor Wine reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions. Should the terms and conditions change, members will be notified via the email address provided.

• The cost to join the club is free upon purchase of 12 bottles of wine or more (at the standard cellar door rate less 10%) or $50 if less than 12 bottles are purchased.
